Website Update!!

The website has undergone some changes! We've finally posted part of the Digital Archive Project, as well as new Gallery selections from the MoMP collection. There is more to come, so keep an eye out!

Lift Your Spirits: Show Closing & Future Projects

The first public exhibition for MoMP was a success. The turn-out for the show was great and in general, quite fun. Appointment requests to see the collection are up, and, our web pages received over 4000 hits in October. With new vigor, the web site is being updated, and, we are currently working on a Museum catalog. The publication will be issued in a limited edition for January 2008, if all goes to plan. We're looking to have a book-release party here in Chicago to launch the new catalog. More about the catalog project will be posted as we near the finish line.

Lift Your Spirits: Selections from the MoMP Collection at Robin Richman

Well, yes... it has been sometime since we've updated the website or the blog, but we've been hard at work. Our current exhibition, Lift Your Spirits, can be seen for a limited time at Robin Richman, @ 2108 N. Damen Ave, Chicago, IL. A reception will be held on October 25th, from 6-9PM. Come see the exhibit, as well as the spectacular clothing lines produced and carried by local designerRobin Richman...including accessories and misc. items of intrigue. Also, MoMP now has new Museum buttons for your wearing pleasure. And, we're in the process doing a major update to the gallery with a section to post comments on photos in the collection. A separate gallery will hold images donated to the Museum in digital format, from everywhere and anywhere.... Hope to see you soon...
